You will define the vision, manage multi-channel campaigns, mentor a team if needed, and leverage data analytics to optimize performance, all within a remote-first organization that supports global collaboration and flexible work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in social media management focusing on e-commerce and driving online sales.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing high-impact social media strategies and campaigns.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Develop and own the overarching social media strategy for e-commerce, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
