Placements24 is seeking a strategic Senior E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business from a fully remote location. You will craft and execute the overarching e-commerce strategy, drive revenue growth, optimize the online customer journey, and oversee merchandising, platform management, and customer retention.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in e-commerce, strong leadership, and proven ability to scale online revenue using data-driven insights and digital marketing expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in e-commerce management with revenue growth track record.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience leading a remote or distributed team in an online business environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
