The ideal candidate has 5+ years of e-commerce marketing experience, deep knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid search, and social advertising, and strong analytics abilities to drive growth while leading a remote team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads) to maximize ROI.
• Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community management to foster brand loyalty.
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and campaign performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing with business objectives.
• Manage the e-commerce marketing budget effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Lead and mentor junior marketing staff.
