Placements24 is seeking a Senior E-commerce Content & Community Manager to lead content strategy and community engagement for a fashion-focused online retailer. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape the brand voice and cultivate a thriving online community.

You will craft compelling content across blog, email, social channels, and promotions, while guiding brand messaging and influencer partnerships.

Qualifications

Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and community building within an ecommerce context.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio of content examples.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful content and social media strategies.
Deep understanding of major social platforms and best practices for engagement.
Experience with CMS and social media management tools.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with ecommerce objectives and brand identity.
Create and manage content for website blog, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Oversee social media presence with consistent messaging and timely customer responses.
Build and nurture an online community to foster loyalty and advocacy.
Monitor trends, conversations, and feedback to identify opportunities and address concerns.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams for content accuracy and consistency.
Plan and run social campaigns, contests, and giveaways to boost engagement.
Analyze content performance and community metrics to optimize strategies.
Identify influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
Manage user-generated content initiatives and encourage participation.
