Placements24 is seeking an experienced remote E-commerce Social Media Brand Manager to lead a brand's presence across all social channels and e-commerce platforms. You will develop integrated campaigns, manage content calendars, engage online communities, and optimize brand storytelling to boost online sales.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with marketing, sales and product teams while working fully remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management with ecommerce focus.
• Strong copywriting and basic visual design skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with ecommerce and brand objectives.

• Manage the social media content calendar for timely posting.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and audience feedback to inform strategy.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments, foster brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for aligned campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and ecommerce data to provide insights.
• Manage paid social campaigns to improve reach, traffic, and conversions.
