Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Management Consultant to lead digital transformation initiatives for a diverse client base. This fully remote role involves guiding organizations through complex change, shaping strategic roadmaps, and overseeing implementations from a home office.

You will work with executive leadership to identify opportunities for digital adoption, drive innovation, and ensure successful delivery of transformative solutions across sectors.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on digital transformation or technology strategy.
• Proven track record leading large-scale digital change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, AI, and modern SDLC.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business process analysis and identify areas for digital enhancement and optimization.
• Develop comprehensive digital transformation strategies, including technology selection and change management.
• Lead client engagements, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless integration of new digital capabilities.
• Provide expert advice on emerging trends in digital technology, AI, and data analytics.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders to build internal capabilities.
