Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust security systems for a global organization. You will work on advanced threat protection, automation, and secure architectures in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in cybersecurity engineering, strong cloud security (AWS/Azure), network security, and experience with SIEMs, firewalls, and incident response. Certifications such as CISSP/CCSP are desirable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience.
• Experience designing and managing security infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure) and network security.

Responsabilités

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise security tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and SIEM platforms.
• Develop and implement security automation scripts and solutions to enhance efficiency and response times.
• Conduct security architecture reviews and provide recommendations for hardening systems and networks.
• Lead incident response efforts for complex security breaches, performing root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security is integrated into all stages of the software development lifecycle and infrastructure management.
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
