Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; PMP certification is essential.
• Minimum of 9 years of extensive project management experience, including remote teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and Stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Strong risk management, budget control and resource optimization in remote contexts.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, resources and timelines.
• Manage project budgets and expenditures, reporting variances promptly.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues with contingency plans.
• Facilitate clear, consistent communication among project teams, stakeholders and sponsors via virtual channels.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and foster continuous improvement and accountability.
