You bring a proven track record managing multi-million rand projects and possess outstanding leadership and communication skills. Remote collaboration will be supported by advanced digital tools and a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Experience managing multi-million Rand projects (>R100 million).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaborative platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for planning, execution, and completion of large-scale construction projects.
• Develop and implement construction strategies aligned with objectives.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure profitable delivery.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and stakeholder management.
• Monitor progress, report milestones to senior management.
• Drive innovation in construction methodologies and technologies.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders via digital platforms.

Education
