Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction estimating experience, senior level.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Excel required.
• Experience working remotely and managing projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specs to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Price materials, labour, equipment, and subs for diverse projects.
• Develop supplier relationships for competitive quotes.
• Prepare bid proposals and tender submissions.
• Analyze cost data and market trends to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers to align estimates with scope.
