Placements24 is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator for a fully remote role. You will analyze plans and specifications to quantify materials, labor, and equipment costs, and prepare detailed estimates for diverse projects from concept through tender submissions.

The ideal candidate has proven estimating experience, strong analytical and mathematical skills, and proficiency with PlanSwift, Buildxact, CostX, and MS Excel. Remote collaboration and independent task management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in estimating software (PlanSwift, Buildxact, CostX) and MS Excel.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimating tasks.
