Placements24 is seeking a Senior Account Executive for cloud-based solutions. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere within Johannesburg, Gauteng, SA, while driving revenue growth in a defined territory and engaging C-level decision-makers.

You will partner with marketing and technical teams, manage a robust pipeline in a fast-paced environment, and consistently hit quotas. A 5+ year track record in B2B tech sales, preferably SaaS or cloud, and strong negotiation skills are

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in B2B tech sales, preferably SaaS/cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed quotas in a competitive market.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and business apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for cloud solutions in the assigned territory.
• Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads through networking, social selling, and outreach.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to articulate value propositions.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close complex sales contracts with favorable terms.
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to develop tailored proposals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage the pipeline in CRM.
• Act as trusted advisor on cloud adoption and digital transformation.
• Achieve KPIs and performance targets.
