Job summary

Placements24 is partnering with a leading telecoms technology company to hire a Remote Senior Cloud Network Engineer. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud network infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP to support global operations.

Join a distributed engineering team, work remotely, and leverage IaC to automate provisioning, security, and performance while collaborating with operations and development teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in network engineering with 4+ years in cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking concepts, SDN, load balancing and DNS management.
• Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage secure, highly available cloud network architectures (VPCs/VNETs, peering, VPNs).
• Implement and maintain network security controls within cloud environments.
• Optimize cloud network performance, cost, and resource utilization.
• Develop and automate network provisioning and management tasks using IaC.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Collaborate with application teams to meet network requirements for new services.
