Placements24 seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a fully remote civil infrastructure team across South Africa. You will oversee planning, execution and handover of diverse projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree (PMP a plus), 10 years in PM with 5 in civil infra, and a proven track record managing large-scale projects in a remote setting. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with PMP being a plus.
• Minimum 10 years in project management, at least 5 in civil infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and risk management in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of civil infrastructure projects to meet milestones.
• Develop detailed plans with scope, budgets, risks, and communications.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations throughout.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
