You will design and oversee large-scale civil infrastructure projects, leveraging advanced modeling software and coordinating with a dispersed team to ensure high engineering standards from your home office.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Pr. Eng registration, and 10+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) registration is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in civil engineering.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Bentley products, GIS software and project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects remotely.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills for a remote workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of large-scale civil engineering projects.
• Utilize advanced modeling software to analyze and optimize designs.
• Prepare technical documentation including reports, drawings, specs, and tenders.
• Manage project lifecycles remotely with stakeholders and contractors.
• Mentor a remote team of engineers and staff, fostering collaboration.
• Conduct virtual site assessments and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
