Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design.
Experience leading design teams and managing complex projects.
Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD and hydraulic/structural tools.
Strong communication and leadership for remote work.

Responsibilities

Lead the design process for major civil infrastructure projects, including conceptualization, detailed design, and construction documentation.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to design teams working remotely across disciplines.
Perform complex engineering calculations and analyses for structural integrity, hydraulics, and site grading.
Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and reports prepared by team members.
Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets in a virtual environment.
