Placements24 is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer specializing in infrastructure for a fully remote role. You will lead design efforts for major projects, mentor distributed engineering teams, and ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience designing and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA or equivalent.
• Expertise in transportation engineering, water/wastewater systems, or urban planning.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and modelling software.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and remote work management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex infrastructure projects, including transportation networks, utilities, and public works.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to distributed engineering teams.
• Conduct advanced analysis for site development, transportation planning, and utility infrastructure.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant national and international standards and regulations.
• Manage project documentation including technical reports, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients and stakeholders in a virtual environment.
