Placements24 is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join a fully remote, globally engaged design and engineering firm. The role centers on leading major infrastructure initiatives and ensuring top technical and regulatory standards within a remote team.

You will design, plan, and execute civil works, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with clients and regulators via digital tools to deliver projects on time and within budget, upholding engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering with project leadership.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) with ECSA is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Civil3D/AutoCAD/HEC-RAS and related design software.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of major civil infrastructure projects (roads, water, sanitation).
• Perform complex engineering calculations and analyses using advanced software.
• Develop detailed project plans, specs, and tender documents.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards and regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers remotely and provide technical guidance.
