Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Senior Civil Engineer - Infrastructure to join a fully remote team delivering global infrastructure projects. You will lead design, development and oversight of transportation networks, water systems and site development from conception to completion.

The role requires a PE or equivalent, 9+ years of progressive civil experience, and strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation and GIS. Remote work across time zones is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional registration (PE or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Minimum 9 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design and PM.
• Experience managing diverse infrastructure projects (transport, water, land development).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley MicroStation and GIS software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex civil infrastructure projects remotely.
• Conduct engineering analyses, feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Prepare design reports, drawings, specs and tender packages.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and quality control remotely.
• Foster communication among project teams, clients and stakeholders across time zones.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship in a virtual setting.
• Review designs and submissions from third parties.
• Stay updated on innovative technologies and sustainable practices.
• Assist with proposal preparation and client presentations via virtual platforms.
• Ensure deliverables meet safety, efficiency and environmental standards.
