Placements24 is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex infrastructure projects on a fully remote basis. You will oversee design from concept through construction documentation, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation within a globally connected team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred), Pr. Eng. with ECSA, and 7+ years of design/project management experience. Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) registration with ECSA or eligibility for registration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and other modeling/analysis tools.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of civil projects (roads, drainage, earthworks) from concept to construction docs.
• Conduct site feasibility studies, impact assessments, and prepare technical reports/specifications.
• Oversee project execution, contractor performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize CAD software and simulation tools for design, analysis, visualization.
• Collaborate with remote project teams, clients, and regulators via digital platforms.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
