Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years of civil design experience.
• Experience with remote or hybrid work environments.
• Proficiency in Civil design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, Bentley OpenRoads).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of civil infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, water supply).
• Utilize Civil design software for design, modeling, and analysis (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads).
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with remote team members and local partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage project timelines and resources.
