Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional registration (Pr. Eng.) with ECSA is a mandatory requirement.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design and management.
- Expertise in transportation engineering, hydraulics, and urban planning.
- Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bentley.
Responsibilities
- Lead detailed design and planning of large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and environmental impact analyses.
- Develop specifications, contract documents, and cost estimates for tenders.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality.
- Mentor remote junior engineers and staff, sharing knowledge.
