- 10+ years of progressive experience in the chemical industry, with a focus on process design, troubleshooting, and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level technical consultation on complex chemical process challenges.
- Lead the development and implementation of process optimization and efficiency improvement projects.
- Conduct virtual root cause analysis for critical operational failures and develop sustainable solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior chemical engineers and technical staff remotely.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, recommending their adoption.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and training materials to internal teams and clients.
