With 8+ years of experience, you will mentor site-based teams, guide process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, all while leveraging digital collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering with a track record of project delivery.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and statistical analysis.
• Ability to lead projects and provide technical leadership in a remote work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong virtual presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of chemical processes to enhance yield, reduce costs, and improve product quality across multiple sites.
• Conduct in-depth process analysis, troubleshooting, and debottlenecking using advanced modeling and simulation tools.
• Develop and oversee the execution of process improvement initiatives, managing project timelines and resources remotely.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to site-based engineering teams and staff.
• Ensure all process designs and modifications adhere to the highest safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions for process enhancement.
