Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering including design, scale-up and troubleshooting.
• Proven expertise in process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and P&ID development.
• Strong understanding of process safety principles, HAZOP analysis, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and optimize chemical processes using advanced software tools.
• Conduct PHAs and risk assessments for new and existing operations.
• Develop detailed PFDs and P&ID.
• Provide technical leadership remotely.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams via virtual channels.
• Troubleshoot process issues and document findings.
