Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in process engineering.
• Experience in process design, scale-up and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Aspen Plus or HYSYS and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes to meet production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives.
• Conduct process simulations, hazard analyses, and risk assessments to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues related to chemical plant processes.
• Collaborate with R&D teams on new product introductions and process improvements.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and project documentation.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff in a remote setting.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment for process enhancement.
• Effectively communicate project status, technical findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
