Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in chemical process design, simulation, and optimization.
• Expertise with advanced process simulation software (Aspen Plus, PRO/II, gPROMS).
• Strong background in statistical analysis, Six Sigma, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within defined timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of advanced process optimization strategies for chemical manufacturing facilities worldwide.
• Utilize process simulation software and data analytics tools to model, analyze, and enhance existing processes.
• Identify opportunities for yield improvement, energy reduction, waste minimization, and cost savings.
• Develop and validate new process designs and modifications, ensuring scalability and feasibility.
• Provide expert technical consultation and mentorship to site-based engineering teams.
• Stay at the forefront of technological advancements in chemical engineering and process control.
• Conduct rigorous risk assessments, including HAZOP studies, for process changes and new installations.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to all global safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with R&D, operations, and project management teams in a virtual environment.
