Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for digital banking platforms and related initiatives.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, product management, and IT development teams.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and gain consensus.
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement through digital solutions.
Support the development, testing, and deployment of new digital features and products.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
