Placements24 is seeking a skilled BIM Architect/Modeler to work remotely on nationwide projects. You will develop and maintain BIM models, perform clash detection, and produce documentation directly from BIM environments.

The role requires a Architecture degree and at least 4 years of BIM experience, with expert Revit skills and familiarity with Navisworks. You will collaborate with teams remotely to ensure model integrity and compliant deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a BIM Specialist, BIM Modeler, or BIM Architect.
• Expert proficiency in Revit is mandatory; Navisworks and other BIM tools desirable.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.

Responsibilities
