Qualifications

• Extensive experience in BIM coordination and management.

• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to excel in fully remote, autonomous work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement office-wide BIM execution plans and standards.
• Oversee the creation and management of BIM models across disciplines.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all BIM deliverables.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors on BIM requirements.
• Provide expert technical support and training on BIM software and workflows.
• Stay abreast of the latest BIM technologies and advocate for their adoption.
