Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to join our remote-first team. You will drive BIM adoption across international construction projects, providing technical leadership, and ensuring high-quality federated models and data.

Lead, mentor, and support project teams while maintaining CDE integrity. Responsibilities include developing BIM standards, coordinating model delivery, performing clash detection, and training teams in BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BIM coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote work.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor BIM teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, and protocols for projects.
• Coordinate and manage the creation and delivery of BIM models from design through to handover.
• Conduct clash detection analyses and resolve coordination issues among disciplines.
• Provide training and technical support to project teams on BIM software and processes.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
