Placements24 is hiring an expert Architectural BIM Specialist to join a fully remote team across South Africa. You will establish BIM standards, create 3D models in Revit, and lead training for design teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a BIM Specialist or BIM Coordinator in an architectural practice.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of BIM principles and execution plans.
Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360, or other collaborative BIM platforms.
Excellent understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across all projects.
Create and manage 3D models and associated data using Revit and other BIM software.
Provide technical support and training to architectural and engineering teams on BIM tools and processes.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve BIM-related issues and optimize model performance.
Ensure data integrity and coordination between different disciplines within the BIM environment.
