Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead BIM workflows and model coordination on diverse projects. You will drive standards, resolve clashes across architectural, structural, and MEP models, and mentor junior staff in a fully remote environment.

You will maintain the BIM execution plan, provide advanced BIM support, and ensure data integrity throughout project lifecycles, enabling optimized design and construction processes and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BIM coordination and management experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong remote collaboration and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of BIM workflows and standards across projects.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve clashes.
• Develop and maintain the project BIM execution plan.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and contractors to optimize design and construction processes using BIM.
