Placements24 is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator for a fully remote role supporting global construction projects. You will develop and enforce BIM standards, coordinate multidisciplinary models, and guide project teams with best practices in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 across international teams.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of BIM coordination, strong communication, and a proactive, remote-ready mindset to thrive in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture/engineering/construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and workflows.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for global projects.
• Coordinate and integrate BIM models from architecture, structure, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection and issue resolution using BIM coordination software.
• Provide technical support and guidance on BIM software and best practices to project teams.
• Develop and maintain the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all project models.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and clients remotely.
• Generate reports on model progress, clash results, and data quality.

• Thorough understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote work.
• Proven ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience with various project types (commercial, residential, industrial) is advantageous.
• Home office setup with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
