Placements24 seeks a skilled BIM Coordinator to drive BIM standards, workflows, and templates from a fully remote setup. You will enable seamless collaboration across design teams, contractors, and stakeholders, coordinating model-based workflows and ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 3+ years in BIM coordination, proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, and a strong grasp of ISO 19650.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of BIM coordination or management experience on construction projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in distributed or remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM standards, protocols, and workflows in accordance with project requirements and company best practices.
• Coordinate and facilitate BIM model collaboration among design teams, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clash detection and resolution.
• Create and maintain BIM execution plans (BEPs) for various projects.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and organize BIM project files and libraries, ensuring efficient data management.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and methodologies, recommending improvements to workflows.
