Placements24 is seeking a highly capable Remote BIM Coordinator to join a leading international design consultancy's virtual team. You will coordinate BIM processes across global projects, maintain model integrity, and enable collaboration among multidisciplinary teams in a remote-first environment.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of BIM coordination experience, and expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or BIM management roles.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models (architectural, structural, MEP).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM processes across multiple projects and disciplines.
• Ensure adherence to project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and company standards.
• Develop and maintain federated BIM models, resolving clashes and ensuring data integrity.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders using BIM platforms.
• Provide technical support and guidance on BIM software and workflows to project teams.
• Conduct regular model audits and quality control checks.
• Manage the exchange of BIM data between project participants.
