The ideal candidate has 6+ years in BIM coordination, expert Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, and BIM 360 proficiency, plus strong communication and training abilities to support project teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in BIM coordination or management.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of BIM standards and workflows.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate complex BIM projects remotely.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering BIM training.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• A reliable remote work environment with high-speed internet access.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams regarding BIM issues.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Generate reports on model progress, clashes, and data quality.
• Stay current with advancements in BIM technology and propose improvements.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project specifications and client requirements.
