Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional architectural registration is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of architectural experience, with at least 5 years focused on advanced BIM implementation.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant platforms.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating complex BIM models for large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and documentation.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with various project delivery methods, including IPD.
