Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of BIM strategies and workflows for international construction projects.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) in collaboration with project teams.
• Coordinate and consolidate BIM models from various disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.) to identify clashes and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to project-specific BIM standards, protocols, and requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
• Manage the creation and delivery of BIM deliverables, including model management and data integration.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, engineers, and contractors to facilitate efficient project delivery.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in BIM technology and methodologies, recommending improvements.
• Develop and maintain BIM content libraries and standards.
• Conduct quality control checks on BIM models and data.
• Facilitate virtual design and construction (VDC) processes and workflows.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and potentially others like Solibri or BIM 360/ACC.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, clash detection, and 4D scheduling principles.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards and practices (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, essential for remote teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with various project delivery methods and contract types is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor other BIM users.
