Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote BIM Coordinator to drive modeling quality and interoperability across construction projects from a home office. You will develop and maintain BIM models, lead coordination across architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, and ensure data integrity through clash detection and standards enforcement.

Responsibilities include producing 2D drawings and reports from BIM data, implementing BIM workflows, and training project teams on BIM software.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as BIM Coordinator or Modeler on complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; COBie/LOD).
