You will transform architectural designs into buildable solutions, producing high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and detailed documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless information flow across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has SACAP registration, 10+ years in architectural technology and construction

Qualifications

• National Diploma or B.Tech in Architectural Technology.
• Professional SACAP registration as a Professional Architectural Technologist.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural technology and construction documentation.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with strong knowledge of BIM processes.
• Proven experience in managing technical aspects of large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings, construction details, and specifications for complex building projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Liaise with engineers, contractors, and manufacturers on technical matters.
• Manage the technical aspects of project documentation and information flow.
