Placements24 is seeking a Lead Architectural Technologist for a fully remote role in South Africa. You will translate design intent into detailed, buildable documentation and lead technical delivery across diverse projects.

You will mentor junior technologists, coordinate BIM workflows with Revit and AutoCAD, and ensure compliance with SA codes. Strong leadership and remote collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist with leadership.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with BIM workflow understanding.
• In-depth knowledge of SA building regulations and construction methods.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and remote leadership abilities.
