Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in aerospace systems engineering.
• Expertise in systems engineering methodologies (V-model, MBSE, or Agile).
• Strong understanding of aerodynamics, propulsion, structures, avionics, and control systems.
• Proficiency in simulation and modeling tools (MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS) and experience managing remote development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of complex aerospace systems and subsystems.
• Perform system requirements analysis, trade studies, and technology evaluations.
• Oversee system testing, validation, and verification activities, ensuring adherence to performance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, in a remote setting.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on aerospace engineering best practices.
• Contribute to proposal development and project planning for new aerospace initiatives.
