This executive role defines the technical strategy, architecture, and integration roadmap for complex projects, collaborating with researchers, engineers, and product teams globally to translate ambitious concepts into robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Aerospace or related field.
• 15+ years in aerospace systems engineering with architecture focus.
• Experience designing large-scale aerospace systems (satellites, aircraft, propulsion).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong systems engineering, modeling, simulation, and verification expertise.
• Excellent strategic thinking and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and document high-level architecture for aerospace systems.
• Lead conceptualization, design, and integration of aerospace technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose adoption.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across disciplines.
• Oversee requirements definition, allocation, and traceability.
• Engage with partners, research institutions, and regulators.
