Qualifications
- Six plus years in account management with complex enterprise portfolios.
- Ability to engage with executives and technical leaders.
- Experience negotiating multi-year renewals and large contracts.
- Comfort translating technical outcomes into business value.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and platform adoption.
Responsibilities
- Manage a focused portfolio of <20 strategic enterprise accounts.
- Lead strategic reviews, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align tech and commercial goals.
- Drive customer adoption through new capabilities and use cases.
- Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and health metrics.
- Travel periodically to meet strategic customers and events.
