Qualifications

• Native or near-native English fluency; on camera with clients daily.
• Experience as a CSM, account manager, or business consultant advising on growth.
• Understanding lead generation, funnels, cold email, LinkedIn outreach; diagnose issues and coach clients.
• Managed a portfolio with retention and expansion responsibilities.
• Comfortable with difficult conversations and providing actionable feedback.
• Fast learner; absorb product/process knowledge quickly.
• Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Audit inherited client book to determine real status and trust.
• Provide business consulting to grow clients' offers, funnels, and fulfillment using AI.
• Maintain regular check-ins, growth workshops, and strategic conversations.
• Identify upsell opportunities and position next steps accordingly.
• Coordinate with onboarding, deliverables, and office hours teams.
• Document interactions and decisions for continuity.
