Job summary

ReWorks Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative in South Africa to drive outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for the Account Executive team. You will target fleets-operating businesses, demonstrate our telematics and fleet management solutions, and maintain accurate CRM records while working US business hours from a remote home office.

This role is non-closing; success is measured by pipeline and meeting quality, with full product and industry

Qualifications

• Experience in SDR/BDR or outbound sales.
• High-volume outbound calling experience.
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of SaaS/telematics or B2B tech is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective business clients.
• Identify and engage companies that operate vehicle fleets.
• Introduce the company's telematics and fleet management solutions.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the closing team.
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up activities.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly activity targets.
