Job summary

RooCru in South Africa is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to accelerate its growth. This high-activity outbound role focuses on prospecting, cold outreach, qualifying potential customers, and booking meetings for the Account Executive team.

Remote work setup; full-time with EST hours; compensation R32,000–R40,000 monthly depending on experience. As an SDR, you will identify and engage prospects, speak with senior decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and schedule discovery

Qualifications

• Experience in SDR, telesales, outbound sales, or call centre is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volumes of outbound prospecting via calls, emails and social media.
• Identify key decision-makers within target organisations.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.
• Hit daily, weekly and monthly activity targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve campaigns.
