Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound sequences to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will manage pipelines and maintain data in Salesforce and SalesLoft from a remote base in South Africa. You should bring 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, strong written communication, and familiarity with outbound tools like Sales

Qualifications

2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
