Blacksmith Agency is seeking skilled Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. As a Customer Retention Consultant, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience, quota carrying preferred.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Experience using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
